Wow!  Another year!  We all say this often, but it's true, where did the time go? 

As 2019 comes to a close, we could not be happier with our last quarter progress in store upgrades and enhancements.  We are equally as excited with our updated Facebook page and new followers! Thank you!

Another accomplishment this year was the addition of a dedicated phone number for customer support!  We are still working through the hours that we are able to answer calls directly, so please bear with us.  (It is without a doubt a 'work-in-progress'.)  If we don't answer immediately, we promise to call you back (or email if you leave your email address).  Email and Facebook are still the easiest way to contact us.

For those that didn't realize it, we continue to offer many of our products on our Amazon store at www.amazon.com/shops/ifitsflags.  You will see a slight variance in products and pricing, but we strive to keep the two stores aligned as much as possible.  We plan to keep our Amazon store active as we expand our online store here.  We have also added the Amazon Pay option to our online store!  This allows you to use your Amazon account to pay for purchases from our store at www.ifitsflags.com.  Very cool!  For more about Amazon Pay, click here.

So, what's next in 2020 from If It's Flags? 

First, more flags!  After all, it's in our name!  You will see additional flags very soon. Our focus will be Carson and Custom Decor flags as these flags meet the high quality standards that we were in search of in 2015 when we started our quest for quality products.  They are not the 'cheapest' but we do think they are the best!

Next, we will be adding a new line of products that we will talk more about later.  Look for a future post with this announcement soon!  We are excited about this!

Third, grow our Facebook page.  This will be a continued focus into the new year and beyond. We need and appreciate your help with this.  Thanks!  

And last, a new gift wrapping service!  We thought we would have this ready in 2019, but didn't make it.  We will gift-wrap your purchase and send on your behalf.  We still have some work to do on this, but hopefully it will be available soon.  We would love your feedback on this.
