Shipping:

All items are shipped with a Tracking ID.  Most orders ship the same or next business day following receipt of your order.  Orders received Sat-Sun are processed the next business day.  We normally process all orders daily as received and ship either the same or next business day.

FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $25 or more within the contiguous U.S.  Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada at calculated rates.

Returns:

Please let us know immediately of any issues with your order.  We promise to address any concerns that you may have.   

Items may be returned within 15 days for any reason.  A full refund will be provided minus any shipping charges.  Please contact us at sales@ifitsflags.com for a return authorization prior to returning your item.  Please include your reason for your return so we can address any concerns that you have.  Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.

Orders placed through Amazon will follow all Amazon return policies.
